Farm Robot

I am looking to use 6 of the motor controllers in a college project to make a farm aid robot. I have two 12w 7.2A batterys it has to be able to carry 200 Kg. the motors that I want to use is 350w geared. Will the board handle this work.

Batteries are usually expressed in terms of voltage (V) and ampere-hours (Ah or mAh).
I would guess you meant to specify the battery as 12V 7.2Ah, in which case the 12V is perfectly fine, the 7.2Ah defines how long the batteries will last and will not affect whether the boards work.
If this assumption is wrong could you tell us what the voltage of the batteries actually are.

The motors should have either a voltage (V) or current (A) to go with the wattage (W), we will need one of those to be sure if the motor is too powerful for the PicoBorg Reverse to control.
Having said that it is likely to be more than the maximum 10A which PicoBorg Reverse can handle when driving a single motor from both outputs.

It sounds like the new Diablo board would be better suited to your application, it can drive up to 50A per output, so it should be fine for driving two 350W motors from a single board.
The Diablo is more expensive, however you should only need half the number of boards for driving powerful motors (one board between two motors).

Would I be correct to think that if I got the Diablo boards instead of the PicoBorg Reverse it would be programed using the same code as programming is not my strongest ability. because power wise it would be just what I could use

Yes, the Diablo software will look basically the same as the PicoBorg Reverse, but will have a different name for the library.
